Enable Technician Access

Learn how to grant DoorLoop Support Agents technician access to your account so we can assist you.

Overview

By default, DoorLoop does not have access to your account or your data. In order for us to have access to your account, you have to actively give us permission from within your DoorLoop account. We do this through technician access, also known as tech access.

The Steps

  1. To enable technician access, click Settings on the main menu and click Login & Password.

  2. On the Login & Password Settings popup, enter your Current Password and click Unlock.

  3. Next, you will be asked to enter the 6-digit verification code that is sent to your email. You will have 60-seconds to enter the code. Click Confirm when done.

  4. Once on the main Login & Password Settings window, under the DoorLoop Technician Access section, click the toggle to allow DoorLoop Support to access your account for the next 30 days.

  5. Click Save to finish.

Note: Now that technician access is activated, our customer support team will be able to log into your account and troubleshoot.
